Our construction division, Leith Hill Plant Limited, specialises in the design and installation of sewage treatment systems for homes, businesses, schools, sports and recreational facilities which do not have access to mains drainage.

Our installations include septic tanks, soakaways, drainfields and self-contained package treatment plants.

After we install a new sewage treatment system we provide an ongoing maintenance service through Forewood Services - at very affordable rates - which we combine with the regular emptying (de-sludging) of the treatment plant.

We can also supply parts and improvements such as activated carbon filters (to reduce odours) for vent pipes.

We operate throughout Surrey and Sussex for the purpose of installation with ongoing regular maintenance.
